Refund policy

In-Store Returns

Items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase for store credit, which does not expire and can be used at any time in-store or online.

Visit us at 585 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY 11238 to initiate an in-person return or exchange.

After 30 days, items can no longer be returned or exchanged.

 

Online Returns

Items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Return shipment and fees are the customer’s responsibility.  

 

Damages and Issues

Please contact us right away at hello@amanobrooklyn.com if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges

Contact us to initiate an exchange so we can confirm the item you want is available and we can set it aside for you. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the new item in exchange and will work with you on any price differentials.

Return shipment and fees are the customer’s responsibility.  

After 30 days, items can no longer be exchanged.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to their original payment method. It can take a few days for banks and credit card company to process and post refunds.

 

Store Credit

Store credit will automatically be applied to your customer account if an item is returned after 7 days, but before the final 30-day window. Store credit never expires and can be used at any time for in-store and online purchases.
